黄龙带水库浮游生物资源调查及水质评价

摘    要:目的 探讨黄龙带水库浮游生物现状及水质情况。 方法 于2021年2月至5月,对黄龙带水库进行环境流行病学调查采样,分析其浮游生物的种类组成和丰度;通过Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数对水质进行综合评价。 结果 本次调查共采集到黄龙带水库浮游植物6门30种,其优势藻类为绿藻门;浮游动物13属15种,以轮虫为主。浮游植物丰度为10.00× 105 ind./L,浮游动物丰度为413 ind./L。黄龙带水库浮游生物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数大于3;浮游植物Pielou均匀度指数为0.67;浮游动物Pielou均匀度指数为0.94。 结论 黄龙带水库浮游生物多样性较高,水质综合评价结果为清洁贫营养型。

Investigation of plankton resources and water quality evaluation in the Huanglongdai reservoir

Abstract:Objective To explore the current situation of plankton and water quality of the Huanglongdai reservoir. Methods From February to May 2021, an environmental epidemiological investigation of the Huanglongdai reservoir was conducted, the species composition and abundance of plankton were analyzed; The water quality was comprehensively evaluated by using Shannon Wiener diversity and Pielou evenness indexes. Results A total of 30 species of phytoplankton belonging to 6 phyla were collected in the Huanglongdai reservoir, in which the dominant algae was Chlorophyta; 13 genera and 15 species of zooplankton were collected, in which Rotifers were the dominant species. Phytoplankton abundance was 10.00 × 105 ind./ L, zooplankton abundance was 413 ind./ L. The Shannon Wiener diversity index of plankton was greater than 3; Pielou evenness index of phytoplankton was 0.67; Pielou evenness index of zooplankton was 0.94. Conclusion The diversity of plankton in the Huanglongdai reservoir was relatively high, and the comprehensive evaluation result of water quality was clean and oligotrophic type.
