母牛抗精子抗体与繁殖性能的关系

本试验用Kibrick和F-D试验法分别测定了母牛体内抗精子抗体的效价,结果处女牛普遍低;屡配不孕牛高;而怀孕牛中只有少数偏高。一些不孕牛经两种方法同时测定,其结果相似。对一组不孕牛同时测定了发情时子宫粘液和血液中的抗精子抗体,发现子宫粘膜(液)中同样可产生和存在着类似抗体。5头阳性不孕牛,分别用4头无血缘关系的公牛精液进行试验,其结果相似,没有发现精液的来源不同(公牛的血型)与这些牛的不孕有什么相关。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANTISPERM ANTIBODY AND REPRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE IN THE COW

The effect value of antisperm antibody in the cow was determined with Kibrick and F-D tests, separately. The results were generally lower in maiden heifers, and higher in repeated breeders. And only a few of the pregnant cows are on the high side. The results from some infertilic cows determined by the two methods were similar. At the same time infertilic cows of some groups were determined on the antispcrm antibody in the mucus of the uterus and the blood of the body at oestrus indicating that the mucus of the uterus can produce and lay in the similar antibody. Five positive infertilic cows were tested with the sperm of four bulls that have no blood relationship, and the positive results were similar. No relationship was found between the origin of spcrms(bull blood type)and the infertility of these cows.
