海南省7县市美人蕉瘟病菌的生物学特性

摘    要:测试了近年来在我国海南引起美人蕉瘟病大流行的PyriculariacannaecolaHashioka菌丝生长的温度、pH、营养要求等生物学特性。结果表明:该菌菌丝生长的温度范围为15~35℃,最适温度30℃;该菌对pH值有较大的适应性,在pH3~9内均可生长,最适pH值为5.5;能利用甘油、淀粉、葡萄糖和蔗糖作碳源,甘油是最适的碳源;能利用KNO3、谷氨酸、硫酸铵、磷酸二氢铵和硝酸铵作氮源进行生长,但KNO3优于L-谷氨酸,硫酸铵优于磷酸二氢铵和硝酸铵。来自不同地区的7个菌株生物学特性基本相似。

Abstract:Pyricularia cannaecola Hashioka is a parasitical fungus of Canna indica L. which was found to cause serious canna blast in south China. The temperature. pH and nutrients for mycelium growing were tested to study its physiological requirements of nutrition and environmental conditions. The result showed that the temperature range for mycelium growth was from 15 Cto 35 C. The optimum temperature was 30 C. P. cannaecola Hashioka could grow in the pH range from 3.0 to 9.0. The best pH was 5.5. Glycerol, glucose, starch and sucrose could be used as its carbon sources among which Glycerol was the best.l -glutamate-,KNO3,(n4)2SO4,H4H2PO4 and NH NO3 could be its nitrogen sources among which KNO, was better than L-glutamate.(NH4)2SO. was better than NH4H2PO4 and NH4O3. Most of the seven strains isolated from different areas of Hainan Island are similar in biological characteristics.
