| Abstract: | Apart from leucopenia and a low grade pyrexia Nigerian goats showed no ill effects following inoculation with bovine virus diarrhoea virus. Sheep showed a variable leucopenia without pyrexia. No difficulty should arise in differentiating BVD infections from peste des petits ruminants. |
