应用蛋白质电泳技术对新疆蚕品种资源遗传距离的研究

本文采用SDS-PAGE垂直电泳技术，对10份新疆家蚕品种种质资源的蛋白质条带特征，电泳图谱进行了研究，并构建了这10个蚕品种的UPGMA系统树。结果表明：参试品种均有8-11条蛋白质带，并有29条不同的RF值蛋白带，蛋白质谱较为相似，相似系数在0．65-1．00之间。10个家蚕品种聚为一类，亲缘关系较近，但品种间有差距。

STUDY OF GENETIC DISTANCE IN SILKWORM(BOMBYX MORI L.)GERMPLASMS OF XINJIANG USING SDS-PAGE

Vertical electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was made to characterize the protein bands of 10 silkworm races of Xinjiang and establish their UPGMA tree graph. The results showed that all the races shared similar band pattern: they had 8-11 protein bands and 29 different Rf bands, with a similarity coefficient of 0.65-1.00. Therefore, the 10 races were clustered into one single category and they seemed to be closely related genetically, though some difference did exist among the races.
