香椿的化学成分研究进展

摘    要:香椿在我国一直是1种传统的中药材,它的叶、根、茎、皮均可入药。随着科技的发展,人们对香椿的研究从一些传统的认识逐渐发展到对香椿化学成分及作用机理的研究。笔者对香椿的化学活性成分、挥发性物质、药理研究等进行综述,对香椿的进一步开发与利用具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Toona sinensis is still used as a kind of traditional Chinese medicinal herb, the ingredients of which are its leaves, roots and bark. The research of Toona sineasis has been changed from traditional cognition to the studies of its chemical component and mechanism of action with development of science and technology. The author summarizes the study on the chemical activation component of and volatile compound etc. of Toona sinensis, which has a certain reference role for its exploitation and utilization.
