摘    要:目的]为消除滞育对蝴蝶产业的不利影响。方法]利用人工气候箱,对光周期与光脉冲对美凤蝶滞育蛹发育影响进行了研究。结果]结果表明,20℃LD12:12时,滞育蛹第31天开始羽化,持续36d,平均历期46.9d;LD15:9时第37天开始羽化,持续22d,平均历期47.7d。25℃时,LD12:12开始羽化时间为第18天,持续23d,平均历期25.9d;LD15:9为第19d,持续14d,平均历期为26.4d。在25℃时,断光后间隔2h进行2h光脉冲处理,羽化推迟4d,在第19天开始羽化,平均历期延长1.2d,为21.8d;断光4h后进行2h光脉冲处理,羽化提早2d,第15天开始羽化,平均历期缩短1.9d,为18.8d。结论]光周期和光脉冲对滞育蛹发育均有一定影响,但影响不显著。

Effects of Daylight on the Development of Diapause Pupae of Papilio memnon

Abstract:Objective]The study aimed to eliminate adverse effect of diapause on butterfly industry.Method] The effect of photoperiod and pulse on the development of Papilio memnon diapause pupae were studied using artificial climatechest.Result]The results were as follow:at 20 ℃ and LD 12: 12,eclosion began at 31th day,continued for 36 days,and the mean developmental period was 46.9 days.At 20 ℃ and LD 15: 9,eclosion began at 37th day,continued for 22 days,and the mean developmental period was 47.7 days.At 25 ℃ and LD 12: 12,eclosion began at 18th day,continued for 23 days,and the mean developmental period was 25.9 days.At 25 ℃ and LD 15: 9,eclosion began at 19th day,continued for 14 days,and the mean developmental period was 26.4 days.At 25 ℃,giving 2 hours light after 2 hours of shutting the light,eclosion began at 19th day and was late of the schedule 4 days,and the mean developmental period was 21.8 days and was longer 1.2 days.Giving 2 hours light after 4 hours of shutting the light,eclosion began at 15th day and was ahead of the schedule 2 days,and the mean developmental period was 18.8 days and was shorten 1.9 days.Conclusion] The results showed that photoperiod and light pulse affected the development of diapause pupae of P.mennon in some degree,but the affection was not prominence.
