| 摘 要： | 应用不同浓度的精胺分别处理油茶离体叶片， 研究对叶片衰老生理指标的影响． 结果表明，０．１～０．２ｍ ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ精胺可以减缓叶绿素和非水溶性蛋白质的降解，维持叶片较高的超氧歧化酶活性和降低膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛的积累． 从而延缓了离体叶片的衰老

| Abstract: | Experiments were conducted to study the effect of different concentrations of spermine (Spm) on physiological indexes of detached leaves senescence of C oleifera.The results indicated that 0 1~0 2 mmol/L of Spm significantly delayed the leaves senescence of C oleifera by deferring the decomposition of chlorophyll and non water soluble proteins,remaining the activity of SOD,and reducing the accumulation of MDA. |
