| 摘 要： | 卵巢解剖是研究昆虫生殖发育的一项重要实验技术，在农业重大害虫的迁飞研究和预测预报中发挥着重要的作用。笔者概述了我国50多年来在卵巢解剖技术、卵巢发育分级与卵巢发育类型等方面的研究进展，以及卵巢解剖在我国迁飞昆虫研究和预测预报中的应用，提出在病虫测报工作中应用卵巢解剖技术存在的一些问题，并对其应用前景进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: | Ovarian dissection,an important technology in the research on insect reproductive development,played a critical role in the study on migration and forecasting of major agricultural insect pests.The progress in the field of ovarian dissection,grading criteria of ovarian development,type of ovarian development and its application in research on insect migration and forecast in China in the past 50 years was reviewed,and some scientific problems and perspectives in this field were proposed in this paper. |
