| 摘 要： | 探讨符合OGC WMS规范的GIS网路地图服务在Microsoft．net环境下的实现及应用技术。基于．net C#开发平台,自主设计相关的地图类库,对其中核心的技术进行实现。结合陕西省生态环境在线查询系统的开发实践,表明基于．net进行WMS的实现,技术简单,应用可行。

| Abstract: | The development and application of GIS service based on OGC WMS were discussed.The key functions were implemented on the basis of.net C# development platform and the map class library was designed.The result showed that the development of WMS based on.net is easy and operable,combining with the exploitation practices of Eco-environment Online Query System of Shaanxi Province. |
