摘    要:目的]优选茶咖啡因提取方法。方法]采用真空旋转蒸干仪替代传统的溶剂回收和焙炒方法,并以提取咖啡因产量和流程所需时间为指标,考察了2种方法的优劣。结果]体积分数为95%乙醇提取的茶咖啡因粗提液,55℃旋蒸10min,再将温度上升至85℃旋蒸10min可得咖啡因粗提粉末。结论]改进方法操作简单,可在保证提取率的情况下,大大节省工作时间。
