| Abstract: | Investigated the process of tissue culture technology of Aloe arborescens Mill and did detailed dissertation from primary culture building,drawn and disinfection,culture conditions,expanded reproduction,roots and seedlings,transplanting and management of plantlets and so on sides,in order to provide reference for tissue culture of Aloe arborescens Mill. |
