大豆种子萌发期耐盐性综合鉴定指标初探

摘    要:利用22个大豆品种(系),在不同浓度的盐胁迫下进行大豆萌发期耐盐性鉴定,并提出了适合大豆萌发期耐盐性的综合鉴定指标。结果表明,在不同浓度的盐胁迫中,110 mmol/L NaC l胁迫下的22个大豆品种相对发芽率的方差和变异范围表现为最大,认为该浓度对于大豆萌发期耐盐性鉴定是比较合适的胁迫条件。同时,以相对发芽率作为因变量,运用通径分析筛选出与相对发芽率关系最密切的相对下胚轴长、相对胚根长、相对胚根鲜重和相对胚根/胚轴比4个指标,进行大豆萌发期耐盐性的综合鉴定。

Abstract:During seedling stage for 22 soybean was characterized under different NaCl treatment,and the characterization comprehensive method for soybean during seedling stage was proposed. Variance and range of variation for relative sprout rate of 22 soybean under 110 mmol/L NaCl treatment appeared greatest difference among different treatments. The 110 mmol/L NaCl treatment method was suggested to evaluate NaCl for salt tolerance during seedling stage for soybean. Through the path analysis of relative sprout rate, four indexes, as relative Radicle length, relative Hypocotyls length, relative Radicle weight and relative Radicle length/Hypocotyls length,which had close relation to relative sprout rate under 110 mmol/L NaCl treatment during seedling stage, were selected. Using the four indexes and relative sprout rate during seedling stage, the NaCl resistance of 22 soybean varieties were evaluated comprehensively by the membership function method.
