荷电喷雾燃烧的研究

摘    要:进行了燃油荷电喷雾的实验研究,设计了燃油荷电喷雾实验台,测量了荷质比、雾滴粒径等,并将PIV技术应用于荷电喷雾流场研究。实验结果表明:在相同条件下,燃油荷电后将使雾滴粒径有较大幅度的降低,喷雾流场变得均匀、松散,燃烧及排放得到明显改善。

Abstract:Liquid fuel is usually burnt in the state of droplets and the quality of atomization is the key to improve combustion efficiency and emissions. Research and experiments indicate that electrostatic technology has an significant effect on improving the atomization quality. A new kind of combustion technology is developed by applying electrostatic spray to fuel combustion. In this paper, a charging device of liquid fuel was developed. The electrostatic spraying characteristics of fuel were experimentally investigated by PIV. The droplet size and the charge to mass ratio were measured. The experimental results show that the droplet size of electrostatic spray decreases by a big margin, the spray fields have become well distributed and scattered, and the emission is meliorated in evidence.
