峨眉山车前草、水辣蓼及天名精RAPD遗传多样性分析

摘    要:采用RAPD分子标记技术对峨眉山保护区不同海拔高度的车前草、水辣蓼、天名精野生资源进行遗传多样性分析。从24条随机引物中分别筛选得到5条(车前草)、3条(水辣蓼)、5条(天名精)能够产生可重复DNA片段的随机引物,PCR扩增片段的多态率分别为45%、63.9%、71%;通过遗传距离的计算和聚类分析,结果表明峨眉山不同海拔高度的车前草、水辣蓼、天名精在遗传距离上存在着一定的差异,遗传距离最大的是不同海拔之间的天名精,其次是水辣蓼,最小的是车前草。笔者对峨眉山车前草等3种药用植物的鉴定和资源保护、利用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The use of RAPD molecular markers for different protected areas Mt. Emei altitude Plantago, Polygonum hot water, days of wild resources were refined analysis of genetic diversity. From 24 random primers were screened in five ( Plant,ago), 3 ( Polyg- onum hot water), 5 ( day of sperm) to produce DNA fragments re - random primers, PCR amplified fragment polymorphism rate 45%, respectively, 63.9%, 71% ; through genetic distance calculation and cluster analysis, results showed that the different altitude Mt. Emei Plantago, Polygonum hot water, days of precision in the genetic distance that there are some differences, genetic the largest distance between the different elevation of fine days, followed by hot water Polygonum, the smallest is the plantain. The author of the Emeishan Plantago three kinds of medicinal plants, such as the identification and resource conservation, use of a certain significance.
