摘    要:研究在黄瓜杂交制种过程中运用人工放蜂、人工辅助授粉对单株坐瓜数、单瓜种粒数、千粒质量及产量的影响。研究结果表明,人工放蜂、人工辅助授粉均能明显地提高黄瓜制种的产量,虽投入成本较高,但产量高,收入更高,特别是人工放蜂效果最好。人工放蜂、人工辅助授粉667m2产量分别比自然授粉高11.016kg和5.275kg;卖际效益分别比自然授粉高1020元和261元,值得大力推广。

Abstract:In the process of cucumber cross-breeding, use of stocking artificial bee, the effect of artificial bee application and artificial pollination on amount of melon per plant, thousand-grain weight and yield were studied. The results showed that artificial bee application and artificial pollination both can significantly improve the cucumber seed production, especially the artificial bee application is less cost, effective and worth promoting.
