杀虫剂触杀联合毒力的研究

摘    要:以二化螟、褐稻虱、粘虫为试虫 ,采用原药丙酮溶液昆虫背板点滴法 ,测定了 33个杀虫剂复配组合的联合毒力。结果表明 ,其中具增效、相加和拮抗作用的配组分别为 10、12和 11个 ,复配后联合毒力趋势 ,是拟除虫菊酯类与有机磷类和沙蚕毒素类复配以增效作用为主 ,有机磷类之间的复配以相加作用为主 ,有机磷与沙蚕毒素类复配以拮抗作用为主。研究结果可作为农药混用或混剂研制开发的参考

Abstract:The co toxicity of 33 insecticide mixtures on Chilo suppress alis Walker, Nilaparata lugens and leucania separate Walker was assayed. The results showed that the effect among the mixtures on synergism, additive effect and antagonist was 10, 12 and 11 respectively. The tendency of the co toxicty was that prethoid mixed with organophosphorus or nerieotoxin mainly was synergism, organophosphorus mixed with each other mainly was additive effect and organophosphorus mixed with nerieotoxin mainly was antagonist. The research provided the basis for instructing to mix pesticides in agricultural production and exploiting new insecticide mixtures.
