甜(辣)椒耐低温弱光种质资源的筛选利用

摘    要:针对北方秋冬季节雾霾、连阴天气多,低温寡照的气候条件对甜(辣)椒日光温室冬季生产造成巨大障碍和危害等问题,以迅驰(耐低温弱光对照,CK1)、茄门(不耐低温弱光对照,CK2)为对照材料,对12份甜(辣)椒材料幼苗的SOD、CAT、MDA、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量与质膜透性等6个耐低温弱光生理指标的变化进行鉴定、分析;同时以北方日光温室为设施条件,在秋冬季节采用遮阳网、放风等措施人为创造低温寡照的环境条件,对该12份甜(辣)椒材料各项生物学性状指标进行鉴定分析。结果表明:在实验室苗期低温弱光鉴定中,12个参试品种低温弱光耐受性由强到弱顺序为:冀研105、冀研108号、冀研20号、冀研16号、金皇冠、迅驰、L20、T49、L30、茄门、L12、富康;试验地低温寡照条件下,12个参试品种植株耐受性由强到弱顺序为:冀研105、冀研108号、冀研20号、迅驰、冀研16号、金皇冠、L20、T49、L30、L12、富康、茄门;综合室内外结果,筛选出耐低温弱光的推荐品种有冀研105、冀研108号、冀研20号、冀研16号、金皇冠和迅驰。利用实验室苗期低温弱光鉴定筛选与试验地低温寡照条件下甜(辣)椒植株耐受性鉴定筛选相结合的方法,可快速、准确地筛选鉴定甜(辣)椒耐低温弱光种质资源。

Abstract:Abstract: Aiming at the northern autumn and winter haze, the low temperature and low light caused great obstacles and harms to the production of sweet pepper in winter solar greenhouse, using ''Xunchi'' (resistant to low temperature and weak light, CK1) and ''Qiemen'' (not resistant to low temperature and weak light, CK2) as the reference materials, six physiological indexes for resistance to weak light and low temperature changes containing SOD, CAT, MDA, proline, soluble protein content and plasma membrane permeability were identified and analyzed among 12 sweet pepper materials seedlings. At the same time, with the solar greenhouse in north as the facility condition, the environmental conditions of low temperature and low light were artificially created by means of shading net and releasing wind in autumn and winter. The results showed that in the identification of low temperature and weak light at seedling stage in the laboratory, the order of low temperature and weak light tolerance of 12 tested cultivars was: ''Jiyan 105'' ''Jiyan 108'' ''Jiyan 20'' ''Jiyan 16'' ''Jinhuangguan'' ''Xunchi'' ''L20'' ''T49'' ''L30'' ''Qiemen'' ''L12'' ''Fukang''. Under low temperature and low light conditions, the plant tolerance of 12 test cultivars was from strong to weak: ''Jiyan 105'' ''Jiyan 108'' ''Jiyan 20'' ''Xunchi'' ''Jiyan 16'' ''Jinhuangguan'' ''L20'' ''T49'' ''L30'' ''L12'' ''Fukang'' ''Qiemen''. Combining the results of laboratory and greenhouse, six cultivars with resistance to low temperature and weak light were selected, which included ''Jiyan 105'' ''Jiyan 108'' ''Jiyan 20'' ''Jiyan 16'' ''Jinhuangguan'' ''Xunchi''. The low temperature and low light resistance germplasm resources of sweet pepper can be identified quickly and accurately by combining with seedlings identification of sweet pepper plants under low temperature and low light in laboratory and low temperature and low light resistance identification and screening in test site.
