摘    要:运用BSA法构建石刁柏雌雄基因池, 用64种AFLP引物组合共检测到4个多态性位点, 单株验证结果表明, 引物组合E-ACG/M-CTT产生的多态性片段(命名为E-ACG/M-CTT2156) 与M 基因连锁,片段大小为156 bp; 连锁遗传距离为8.33 cM。

Abstract:In present study,the male and female bulk were set up by means of BSA,and AFLP was used to study the sex difference on Asparagus officinalis L.,4 polymorphic segments were detected with 64 AFLP selective primer pairs.The result of individual amplification showed that the specific 156 bp fragment from primer combination(E-ACG,M-CTT),named E-ACG/M-CTT-156,was linked with M gene at a linkage genetic distance of 8.33 cM.
