| 摘 要： | 从环境保护的角度出发,将旅行费用法TCM和费用效益法CBA结合起来,把TCM方法评价出的森林游憩效益纳入了森林的经济收益中,再用CBA法对日本朝日林进行了经济效益评价。评价结果,1997～2001年的游憩效益分别为1079、1084、1211、950、930万日元,B/C比值分别为1 39、1 48、1 29、1 15、1 19,平均值为1 3。这种考虑了森林的公益效益的经济效益评价方法,符合森林的可持续经营理论,比较合理地反映了森林的经济效益,为经营者的合理决策提供了参考。 |

| Abstract: | This paper combined two kinds of methods of TCM (Travel Cost Method) and CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis) to evaluate economic benefits for Asahi Forest of Japan.The economic benefits should include recreation value in sight of environmental conservation.From 1997 to 2000 year,the recreation value was 10 790,10 840,12 110,9 500,9 300 thousand yen respectively,and the ratio of B/C was 1.39,1.48,1.29,1.15,1.19 respectively.The average of B/C ratio was 1.3.This method is concerned with the sustainable forest management theory with economic value as well as the recreation value.It can also reflect the economic benefits of forest rationally.It is able to help the manager making rational decision. |
