2007~2009年泰州兴化地区脱水裙带菜的细菌学检测状况调查

摘    要:于2007~2009年对泰州兴化地区脱水裙带菜加工企业所生产的产品食品卫生细菌学检测现状进行调查,结果表明:泰州兴化地区脱水裙带菜超标指标为菌落总数和大肠菌群,致病菌也有不同程度的检出,但各超标指标和病原菌检出率每年都呈递减趋势,建议相关部门加强对各生产企业的技术指导和监督管理,保障脱水裙带菜的质量安全。

Abstract:To investigate the hygienic conditions of dehydrated Undaria pinnatifida in Xinghua in Taizhou,620 samples were collected for and examination from 2007 to 2009 in this region.The results showed that the aerobic bacterial count and coliform group were over standard pathogenic bacteria was detected and the amouts decreased year by year of these samples above-mentioned.Therefore,it is suggested that effective measures be taken by the department concerned to securing the food safety by means of strengthening th...
