柑桔汁胞离体培养的研究

摘    要:本试验研究了宽皮柑桔类和甜橙类共7个品种汁胞的离体培养。观察到在相同的培养条件下,两类柑桔汁胞产生愈伤组织的能力不同,甜橙类较易,其幼嫩果实的汁胞比相对较成熟的果实的汁胞更易诱导产生愈伤组织。汁胞离体培养时,愈伤组织的产生对培养基没有严格要求,对添加植物生长调节剂的种类、浓度变化不敏感。

Abstract:The trial was carried out on in vitro culture of the juice sacs from 7 varieties of 2types of Citrus,mandarin and sweet orange, It was observed that the callus formation wasdifferent for 2 types of citrus fruit sacs under the same cultural condition. Fruit juice sacs ofsweet orange were easier to produce callus than those of mandarine and callus producing ofthe young fruit juice sacs was easier than the matured one, The callus producing did not re-quire special medium during in vitro culture of juice sacs and was insensitive to the variationsof plant hormones and their concentration in the medium.
