| 摘 要： | HtrA1丝氨酸蛋白酶是哺乳动物HtrA丝氨酸蛋白家族的成员之一,是一种分泌蛋白,与细胞外基质的降解作用有关,有研究证明其在抑制癌症的发生发展过程中有着重要的作用。HtrA1丝氨酸蛋白酶在小鼠胚胎的多种组织中都有表达,并且在胚胎的组织和器官形成过程中具有重要的作用。近年来,对其表达的研究也越来越多,文章对HtrA1丝氨酸蛋白酶在小鼠胚胎发育中的表达进行了综述。

| Abstract: | HtrA1(high temperature requirement A1) serine protease,a member of the mammalian HtrA serine protease family,is a secreted protein involved in the degradation of extracellular matrix(ECM) proteins.Some researches proved that it played an important role in the suppression cancer developing process.HtrA1 expressed in many tissues during the embryo development in mouse,it also play important roles in the development of tissues and organs.Recently,more and more studyes on this subject.This article reviewed the expression of HtrA1 serin protease during the embryo development in mice. |
