| 摘 要： | 水稻颖花发育的模式及机理,一直是植物学领域研究的焦点和热点,而水稻颖花发育相关突变体又是研究其遗传发育机理的重要材料。本文先就水稻颖花的结构、发育机理及发育相关基因克隆等方面进行了概述,接着详细介绍了水稻颖花突变体的来源、形态表现及基因定位等方面的研究进展。最后,针对当前水稻颖花发育研究中存在的问题做了系统的分析,同时就进一步深入研究其发育机理进行了分析和展望。我们期望通过本文为今后深入开展水稻颖花发育的相关研究提供一定的思路和借鉴。
