NaCl胁迫对怀牛膝种子萌发、幼根生长以及K、Ca、Fe含量的影响

摘    要:以中草药怀牛膝的2个品种核桃纹和风筝棵为材料,研究了NaCl胁迫对怀牛膝种子萌发、幼根生长以及K、Ca、Fe元素含量的影响。研究发现,高浓度NaCl对怀牛膝种子发芽率和根长有明显的影响,与对照相比,NaCl处理的怀牛膝种子发芽率极低,且根生长缓慢,没有形成侧根。通过原子吸收光谱法检测,发现风筝棵和核桃纹中均含有K、Ca、Fe元素,核桃纹中K、Ca的含量高于风筝棵中的,而风筝棵中的Fe含量明显高于核桃纹中的。62.5 mmol/L NaCl处理使怀牛膝中K、Ca、Fe元素含量都降低。但是,NaCl胁迫对核桃纹品种的影响大于对风筝棵的影响。以上研究结果表明,NaCl胁迫对怀牛膝2个品种核桃纹和风筝棵的发芽率、幼根生长以及K、Ca、Fe等元素含量都有不同程度的影响。

Abstract:Two cultivars of Achyranthes bidentata Bl.(Fengzhengke and Hetaowen),Chinese medicinal herb,were subjected to NaCl stress.The seed germination and root growing were determined and the content of trace element were examined by atomic Absorption spectrometry.High concentration of NaCl could obviously affect the germination of seed and length of root.The germination ratio of seeds treated with NaCl was lower extremely than that of CK,the root grew slowly,and there were no lateral roots formed.The content of K,Ca in Hetaowen was higher than that in Fengzhengke,but the content of Fe in Fengzhengke was obviously higher than that in Hetaowen.Further more,the contents of K,Ca and Fe were all reduced in Achyranthes bidentata treated with 62.5mmol/L NaCl,and the effect of NaCl on Hetaowen was more significant than that on Fengzhengke.
