| 摘 要： | 该在分析水土保持规划含义与基本内容的基础上，对实际工作中如何确定水土保持规划的内容和深度进行了研究，认为规划单元范围面积大小、研究区域特征、规划任务性质要求、国家的大政方针和经济状况等，是宏观确定水土保持规划内容和深度的主要依据。
