小麦属间杂种的育性及形态学、细胞学研究

摘    要:硬粒小麦与天蓝偃麦草二属杂种F1自交可育 ,经细胞学研究表明 ,是由于杂种在减数分裂四分体时期形成不均等的三分体 ,使小孢子含双亲大部分染色体 ,从而形成有功能的配子。同时对杂种后代的性状、育性结合细胞学进行了探讨。此外 ,对小麦—簇毛麦—偃麦草三属杂种F2 ,F3 ,BC1F1及小麦—偃麦草—簇毛麦—黑麦四属杂种高代材料的育性进行了分析。属间杂种后代性状分离复杂 ,变异类型丰富

Studies on Fertility, Morphology and Cytology of Wheat Generic Hybridation
Abstract:F 1 hybird of T. durum × Ag.glaucum is fertile in backcross.Present cytological study shows that it is the uneven triplet formed during hybird's reductional division quadrant stage makes sporule have great part of its parents' chromosome.The characters and fertility of the hybrid progeny also have been approached combined with this cytological study;In addition,fertility in F 2,F 3 and BC 1F 1 of trigeneric hybrids from Triticum-Agropyron-Haynaldia and high-generations of Tetrageneric hybrids involving Triticum-Agropyron-Haynaldia-Secal have been analyzed.It is concluded that separation of traits was complex and segregation types plentiful in the progenies of biogenetic hybrids.
