| 摘 要： | 从江苏泰州地区疑似猪传染性胸膜肺炎发病猪采集病料,经细菌分离培养得到了3株分离株TZA1、TZA2和TZA3株。经形态学检查、CAMP试验、生化试验和血清型鉴定,确定TZA1株和TZA2株为血清1型,TZA3株为血清3型。药敏试验显示,3株分离菌株对恩诺沙星、阿齐霉素、头孢唑肟高度敏感。

| Abstract: | TZA1,TZA2 and TZA3 strains were obtained by bacteria separate and culture from a suspected infectious pleuropneumoniae ill pigs in Taizhou,Jiangsu province.After morphology check,cAMP test,satellite growth phenomenon,biochemical test and serotype identification,the isolated strains were serotyped,TZA1 and TZA2 as serotype 1,TZA3 as serotype 3.And the drug sensitivity test showed that three isolated strains were high-sensitive to some antibacterial agents such as enrofloxacin,azithromycin and ceftizoxime. |
