海水胁迫对牵牛种子萌发的影响

摘    要:利用不同浓度的海水处理牵牛种子,观察、分析海水胁迫对牵牛种子萌发的影响。结果表明,30%浓度(体积分数,下同)以下的海水对牵牛种子的发芽率影响不大,当海水浓度达到50%时牵牛种子的发芽率仍有85%;发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数三项指标在10%的海水浓度时基本达到最大,而活力指数在海水浓度为20%时仍超过对照,并且差异显著。试验结果表明,牵牛种子发芽对20%浓度以下的海水具有较强的抗胁迫能力。

Abstract:Different concentrations of seawater were used to test the effect of seawater stress on the germination of Pharbitis nil(L.) Choisy seeds.The results showed that seawater had little effect on the germination rate when the concentration was lower that 30%;And the germination rate was still 85% when the seawater concentration reached 50%.The value of germination vigor,germination index and germination seed vigor was the highest when the seawater concentration was 10%.The germination seed vigor in the treatment of 20% seawater was higher than that of the control;and the difference was significant.Based on the three indicators,it could be inferred that the P.nil seeds had strong resistant ability to seawater stress.
