奎屯垦区棉花黄萎病发生规律及防控技术研究

摘    要:测定了奎屯垦区棉花黄萎病致病类型,明确了该区棉花黄萎病发生与温、湿度等气象因子的关系;通过黄萎病抗性鉴定,表现耐病的品种(系)有13个;利用选择性培养基以新陆早35号为供试材料分析了棉花黄萎病发病与土壤中黄萎病菌微菌核数量之间的关系。获得了新陆早35号菌核含量致病的临界点。调查了生物药剂萎菌净防治棉花黄萎病的效果。

Abstract:The pathogenic type of cotton verticillium wilt in Kuitun reclamation area was determined;and the relationship between the occurrence of cotton verticillium wilt and temperature,relative moisture,rainfall was defined.It was demonstrated that 13 cultivars were resistant against verticillium.And the relationship between disease incidence of cotton and the number of Verticillium dahliae was analyzed by selective medium with Xinluzao 35.Then the critical point of pathogenicity of Sclerotia on Xinluzao 35 was obtained;and the control effects of biotic fungicide dahliae net were investigated.
