不同含氮量的尿素溶液对鳢肠种子萌发的影响

为研究尿素对农田杂草鳢肠(Eclipta prostrata L.)种子萌发的影响,用不同含氮量的尿素溶液处理鳢肠种子。结果表明,含氮量为0.2 g/L的尿素溶液对鳢肠种子的萌发具有促进作用;含氮量大于0.2g/L,随含氮量的增加鳢肠种子的发芽率呈下降趋势,但含氮量小于1.0 g/L的尿素溶液对鳢肠种子发芽率的影响不显著;综合发芽率、发芽势与发芽指数可见,含氮量小于1.0 g/L的尿素溶液对醴肠种子萌发影响不大,但含氮量大于1.0 g/L的尿素溶液对于鳢肠种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用。

Effects of Urea Solution with Different Nitrogen Content on the Seed Germination of Eclipta prostrata

In order to study the effects of urea on the seed germination of Eclipta prostrata L.,E.prostrata seeds were treated with different nitrogen content.Experimental results may be summarized as follows: When nitrogen content was 0.2 g/L,urea solution had certain promoting effect on the germination of Eclipta prostrata seeds.Furthermore,germination percentage decreased with the increase of nitrogen concentration above 0.2 g/L.When the urea content was below 1.0 g/L,there were no significant effects on the germination of Eclipta prostrata.But when the urea content was increased to more than 1.0 g/L,seed germination was obviously inhibited.
