分光光度法测定青果多酚的含量

摘    要:以没食子酸为标准品,使用酚试剂,采用分光光度法对青果(Fructus canarii)多酚的含量进行检测。结果表明,酚试剂用量为1.5 mL,与6 mL质量分数10%的Na2CO3溶液混合,30℃反应60 min,于765 nm处测定吸光度,没食子酸浓度在0.5~2.5 mg/L范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=0.121 2x+0.004 0。该方法能较准确地定量分析青果多酚含量,具有简便、快速、稳定,重现性好的优点。

Abstract:The polyphenol in Fructus canarii was detected by spectrophotometry with Folin-Ciocalteu reagent and gallic acid as standard.The results showed that the best detection condition was that mixing 1.5 mL Folin-Ciocalteu reagent with 6 mL 10% Na2CO3(m/V),and then reacting for 60 min at 30 ℃ and detected at 765 nm.The linear range of standard curve was 0.5~2.5 mg/L in which the regression equation was y=0.121 2x+0.004 0.The method was simple,fast,stable and reproducible for detecting polyphenol in Fructus canarii.
