奔牛大青豆保护性繁育

摘    要:为使奔牛大青豆这一地方特有的优良种质资源得以保存和繁殖,对其进行了品种资源的收集、整理和试种,总结了该品种的栽培技术,并获得3个性状表现较好的奔牛大青豆品系,对其营养品质、卫生品质、主要性状进行了研究。结果表明,3个品系的主要性状、营养品质及卫生品质均符合亚洲蔬菜研究与发展中心(AVRDC)推荐的菜用大豆标准,特别是3号品系很多性状及品质指标都大大高于普通菜用大豆,可作为菜用大豆的优良品系进一步提纯、扩繁和推广。研究对奔牛大青豆的推广种植及物种保护都有一定的理论和实用价值。

Abstract:To preserve and proliferate Benniu beans which is the excellent germplasm resources with a regional touch,the cultivation techniques of Benniu beans were summarized,and the nutrition quality,sanitation qualities,agronomic traits of three varieties with advantageous traits were also studied.The results showed that all the main agronomic traits,nutrition qualities and sanitation qualities of the three varieties matched the standard of vegetable soybean recommended by AVRDC(Asian Vegetable Research and Development Center).Lots of character and quality indicators of the third strain,in particular,were considerably higher than that of common vegetable beans and could be used as an improved varieties of vegetable bean for extensive generalization.This research had both academic and practical values in plantation and species protection of Benniu beans.
