| Abstract: | Literature resource construction is the basis and guarantee of university library service. In the case of limited funds, university library should improve acquisition quality, and pay high attention to cost and benefit, to acquire more and better information resource and make library successfully carry out extension service in the service work, and maximize to meet customers’needs. |
