圈养蓝孔雀人工孵化温度的初步研究

摘    要:2006-2008年在陕西省动物研究所试验基地对圈养蓝孔雀进行人工孵化试验,采用中型机孵化对107枚受精卵进行了孵化,平均孵化率为79.44%(74.o7%~85.11%),平均孵化期为27.12~27.97 d.结果表明:当孵化温度为37.80-37.60 ℃时,孵化率最高,为85.11%.

Abstract:The artificial incubation of blue peafowl was studied in the Shaanxi Institution of Zoology from 2006 to 2008 to get 79.44%(74.07%-85.11%)average hatchability and average incubation period of 27.12 days-27.97 days by using medium hatching machine in which there were 107 hatching eggs.The results showed that the highest hatchability was 85.11% when the incubation temperature rearched 37.80-37.60 ℃.
