| 摘 要： | 采用饱和食盐水漂浮法和沉淀法,对昆明圆通山动物园和云南野生动物园的狮子蛔虫感染情况进行调查.结果表明:狮子在园养情况和在散养情况下一样,易感染狮弓蛔虫病.在调查过程中还发现了蛔虫的幼虫.将两家动物园进行比较发现,狮子的饲养环境是蛔虫感染的重要原因之一.

| Abstract: | By the method of MacMaster′s flotation and precipitation,the infection status of captive lion roundworm was investigated in the Kunming Yuantong zoo and Yunnan wild life animal zoo.The results showed that lions raised in the garden and as well in the backyard could be infected by bow ascariasis.And roundworm larvae were found,too.Comparing the two zoos,the rearing environment is one of the important reasons for lion to be infected by roundworm. |
