| 摘 要： | 从生态质量状况、基础设施状况、社区经济状况和保护管理状况等4个方面阐述山口省级自然保护区的管理现状,总结存在的问题,在进行管理有效性评价的基础上得出结论,提出树立＂保护先行＂的观念,处理好开发与保护的关系;完善管理机构和制度,强化管理职权和执法监督能力;增强科研和监测能力,提高人员培训力度;推动自身经济建设,加强社区共管;加强生态旅游和宣教工作的力度等方面的建设对策。
