| 摘 要： | 为了全面了解中国渔船的安全状况,提出了渔船安全评价（宏观安全评价和微观安全评价）的概念,分析了目前国内外渔船安全的研究现状,建立了渔船安全技术状况评价指标体系,并提出了各项指标的安全评价标准。运用该体系对样本渔船的安全技术状况进行了评价,结果与专家的判断基本一致。 |
