鸡腿菇菌糠对天府肉鸭生长性能及免疫功能的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究肉鸭日粮中添加鸡腿菇菌糠对肉鸭生长性能及免疫功能的影响。试验选用320只1日龄健康天府肉鸭,随机分成4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加2%、4%和6%鸡腿菇菌糠的日粮。结果表明,与对照组相比,在肉鸭日粮中添加鸡腿菇菌糠,肉鸭的日采食量显著提高(P<0.05);在试验前2周肉鸭的日增重显著提高(P<0.05),后2周对肉鸭的日增重影响不大(P>0.05);饲料的转化率略微降低(P>0.05)。鸡腿菇菌糠对肉鸭的免疫器官指数和淋巴细胞增殖反应无显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,在肉鸭日粮中添加2%、4%、6%的鸡腿菇菌糠均对肉鸭的生长性能具有一定的促进作用,但对免疫功能无显著影响,综合各项指标,在肉鸭日粮中添加2%的鸡腿菇菌糠效果最好。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effect of spent coprinus comatus substrate in basal diet on growth performance and immune function in Tianfu ducks. Three hundred and twenty one-day-old Tianfu ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups,control group was fed basal diet,test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed basal diets added 2%,4% and 6% spent coprinus comatus substrate respectively.The results that compared with control group,spent coprinus comatus substrate in basal diet improved significantly average daily feed intake (P<0.05) and average daily weight gain of the first two weeks (P<0.05),had no significant effects on average daily weight gain of the last two weeks (P>0.05),decreased rate of feed to gain a little (P>0.05). There were no significant effects on immune organs indices and mitogenic response of lymphocyte (P>0.05).Therefore,basal diets supplemented with 2%,4% and 6% spent coprinus comatus substrate improved growth performance,but had no significant effects on immune function. 2% spent coprinus comatus substrate has the best effect by considered comprehensively.
