昆仑山小花棘豆生物碱提取及其对小鼠毒性试验

摘    要:为进一步研究小花棘豆有毒成分提取方法及毒性作用,将昆仑山小花棘豆全草粉用不同浓度乙醇提取,以提取温度、超声时间和料液比等因素进行正交试验,考察对小花棘豆活性成分提取率的影响,并通过毒性试验对小花棘豆生物碱毒性进行评价。结果表明,提取温度、超声时间、料液比对小花棘豆生物碱提取率影响不显著。小花棘豆生物碱是其主要毒性成分,按1∶10浓度注射小花棘豆生物碱约3 mL可致小鼠死亡。

Abstract:Orthogonal design was adopted to extract alkaloid from Oxytropis glabra DC.based on ethanol concentration,extracting temperature,ultrasonic processing time and solid-liquid ratio.Then its toxicity in mice was studied.The results showed that the four factors had no significant effect on the yield of alkaloid,which was the main toxic contents of Oxytropis glabra DC..Mice were killed after injected with 3 mL of the alkaloid with the concentration of 1∶10.
