仙居鸡染色体G带及其与生产性能的关系

摘    要:采用外周血淋巴细胞培养和胰酶处理法,对仙居鸡染色体G带带型进行了研究。结果表明:仙居鸡染色体G带可分为30个区144条带。G带频率不同的2组间的生产性能差异比较结果表明,在母鸡中,龙骨长1、50日龄体重、胫骨长、开产日龄、蛋重等指标组间差异显著(P<0.05)或接近显著(0.050.05)。这说明仙居鸡染色体G带频率与生产性能之间存在一定的关系。

Abstract:By using the method of culturing peripheral blood lymphocyte and obtaining with Trypsin and Giemsa,G-band of Xianju chickens were investigated.The results were as follows: G-band of Xianju chickens was divided into 30 regions and 144 bands,and an ideogram was depicted.Besides,comparison on productive performance of Xianju chickens between different G band frequency showed that chest bone length,body weight of 150 days,shank length,the age of first laying and egg weight were significant or nearly significant in Xianju hens.The above results showed that G-band of Xianju chickens was related with productive performance,which provided theoretical basis for the exploitation and use of Chinese native chickens from cytogenetic genetics.
