摘    要:毛峰茶是我国产区最广、产量最高的一种名优绿茶.长期以来,沿用手工炒制或半机械炒制.本研究主要完成了机制毛峰茶的关键设备——毛峰茶提毫机以及毛峰茶全程机械加工工艺.保证了产品质量,提高了工效,已在贵州、福建、浙江等省推广应用.

Abstract:Maofong tea is a kind of famous green tea with the vastest producting area and highest yield in our country. But it was mainly obtained from manual and semi-mechanized process before. The key equipment. the tippy appearance forming machine, was researched and produced successfully, and the full mechanization of processing Maofong tea was carried out finally. The production efficiency of the new process was higher than that of the old process and the products quality was proved to be up to the Maofong tea standard. The rsearehment has been populanzed in Guizhou, Fujian and Zhejiang provinces.
