| 摘 要： | 以福建省顺昌县为研究对象，采用林地期望价法来计算地租。根据不同立地质量等级和贴现率计算，将计算出的地租进行比较分析，确定顺昌用材林的合理地租。结果表明：顺昌县用材林林地合理地租为56．09元／667m2。

| Abstract: | This thesis took the forestland in Shunchang County of Fujian Province as the research subject. The method of forestland evaluation value was used to calculated the rent. Calculated and comparative analysed the rent according to different site quality grades and discount rate. The results showed that the reasonable rent of forestland in Shunchang County of Fujian province was 56.09 yuan/667m2. |
