PPP模式在田园综合体中的应用研究

田园综合体投入高,周期长,运营回报缓,建设运营过程中面临诸多风险,PPP模式的引入,为田园综合体提供了资金、人才、技术等多方面支持,降低和分散项目风险,弥补政府部门的不足,为田园综合体项目建设提供经验。本文从田园综合体的建设现状出发,分析项目建设中存在的问题,然后就PPP模式引入的必要性和可行性进行辨析,并针对存在问题提出相应的解决措施与建议,以期为进一步探索研究提供参考。

Research on Application of Public-private Partnership in Rural Complex

The rural complex has a high investment, long cycle, slow operating returns, and faces many risks during the construction and operation process. The introduction of Public-private Partnership has provided funds, talents, technology and others support for the rural complex, reduced and dispersed project risks. Made up for the shortcomings of government departments, and provided experience for the construction of rural complex projects . Based on the current situation of rural complex construction, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the project construction, and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of Public-private Partnership introduction, and puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions for the existing problems, in order to provide reference for further exploration and research.
