摘    要:本研究用石蜡切片法,观察到穿叶独行菜有适应特殊环境的结构特点;根系分布在土壤表层;根的次生木质部导管大;根、茎、叶中有大型贮水细胞;茎、叶表皮有较厚的角质层;叶肉的栅栏组织发达,叶绿体小而多;叶主脉和叶柄的基本组织与茎的皮层细胞都有叶绿体,它属四碳(C_4)植物型;根的皮层细胞从初生构造到次生构造只是体积长大,无数量增加;根以皮层木栓化和后期稍有发生的木栓层起保护作用;根、茎、叶中无贮藏的营养物质。

Abstract:Root system of the plant spread shallow in the surface soil. The secondary xylem of root has large vessel diameter.There are large aqueous cells in the root, stem and leaf. The outer wall of epidermal cells of stem and leaf has a thicker cuticle.The mesophyll has relatively more well developed palisade tissue than common mesophyte.It contains smaller in size but larger in number chloroplast. There is also choroplast inside par(?)nchyma cells of the main vein and the petiole and in the cortical cells of the stem.It belongs four-carbon plant.From primary structure to secondary structure of the root the number of cortical cells remains the same only their size increases. The cortical corkification and somewhat developed periderm of the root replace epidermis to take protective effect.The root, stem and leaf of plant does not store nutrient substance.Its inside structure is simpler
