| 摘 要： | 从党的建设的总体目标、高校教育改革和发展的需要和高校党建工作队伍的现状，对高校筝生党建工作队伍的重要性、现实性和紧迫性进行了分析，并从学生党建工作人员素质创新、学生党建工作队伍结构创新和学生党建工作队伍的教育与管理创新几个方面对高校党建工作队伍创新进行了论述。

| Abstract: | This essay analyses the importance and urgency of the work of Party building among university students, from the overall goals of the Party construction, from the needs of reform and development in college education and from the current quality of student Party staff. The aspects of innovation of the college Party workforce are discussed deeply, mainly by innovating the overall qualities, structures, learning and self management of student Party members. |
