| Abstract: | Based on a discussion of the status quo of young teachers in agricultural universities, this paper offers some suggestions of upgrading this work, including making a good plan of cultivation, creating a favorable environment, enriching the contents of cultivation work, making related institutional arrangements and improving the mechanism for young teacher cultivation. |
