| 摘 要： | 指出构建以人为本的大学生德育的重要意义，有利于适应大学生德育环境发展变化的客观需要，满足大学生德育对象特点变化的现实需求，实现新时期大学生德育目标的内在要求。提出构建以人为本的大学生德育的基本要求是要把教师人格魅力作为德育的重要立足点；升华人文精神作为德育的重要出发点；正视人的情感作为德育的重要切人点；人的个性差异作为德育的重要关注点；尊重人的需求作为德育的重要着眼点。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that constructing the person-oriented moral education among college students will help them adjust to the environmental changes and meet the realistic demands of the changeable college students and the inner requirement of its objective in the new era. Constructing the person-oriented moral education among college students bases itself upon the teachers＇ personal charm, the sublimation of human spirit, the respect for human being＇s feelings and emotions and the focus on the difference in their personality and the respect for their demands. |
