对重庆市部分青年教师体育锻炼现状的调查研究

采用文献资料调研、问卷调查和数理统计法对2008年分配到重庆市各高校的毕业于全国77所高校612名青年教师在校期间的体育锻炼态度、动机、时间、地点、形式和项目以及影响其参加体育锻炼的因素等方面进行了调查研究，得出我国部分高校青年教师体育锻炼的现状以及存在的问题，旨在为高校体育教育改革提供参考依据。

Investigation and Research of the Current Situation of Physical Exercises in Young Teachers of Universities and Colleges in China

Using the methods of literature searching, questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, the author makes a study of the attitude, motive, time, place, form and courses of physical exercises among 612 young teachers who graduated from 77 universities and colleges in China and were assigned to work in various universities and colleges in Chongqing in 2008. This study helps to make clear the current situation of physical the factors affecting their participation in physical activities and exercises of young teachers in Chinese universities and colleges, the existing problems, and provides reference for the reform of physical education in universities and colleges in China.
