高职院校学生党建工作面临的矛盾与对策

学生党建工作是新形势下高校学生思想政治工作最为有效的途径之一。中国高职教育历史较短，高职院校学生党建工作在不断加强和改进，当前比较突出的问题是：学生在校时间短而党员培养发展时间长的矛盾、学生利己意识与党员利他需要的矛盾、学生文化素质落后与党员先进性要求的矛盾、学校党建重发展轻培养的矛盾。针对这些问题，高职院校要采取党建知识教育前移，健全党建组织网络，切实加强党员先进性再教育等对策给予解决。

On the Contradictions Faced by the Work of Party Construction for the Higher Vocational College Students and Countermeasures for Their Treatment

The work of Party construction is one of the most effective ways to do the ideological and political work for college students under the new circumstances. The history of higher vocational education is relatively short in China. Thus while constantly strengthening and improving the work of Party construction for the higher vocational college students, we are now confronted with some prominent contradictions： Firstly, the development of a new Party member requires a long time while the time is limited for the students to stay at college. Secondly, the self-consciousness of the students goes against the altruism required of Party members. Thirdly, the qualifications of the students can hardly meet with those required of a Party member. The last but not the least, we always focus on selecting a new Party member, neglecting that it is much more important to cultivate one. To solve these problems, higher vocational colleges should take measures like giving priority to education of Party construction, improving the organizational networks and effectively strengthening re-education for the Party members.
